PURPOSE:To shorten the time of machining, assembling and filling works by providing a device well capable of stopping swinging of a heat transfer pipe by providing dummy packings in the space of a filling tower only during transportation and installation works until the tower is filled with a filler. CONSTITUTION:A filler inlet 1 is opened and dummy packings 5-8 are filled in a filling tower. In filling them spherical packings I, 5 of a diameter of about 100mm and balloon packings 8 are filled in the lower space of the tower, spherical packings II, 6 of a diameter of about 80mm and balloon packings 8 in the middle space, spherical packings III, 7 of a diameter of about 50mm in the upper space, and a balloon packing 8 in the topmost space in this order. The dummy packings are filled in the spaces between a heat transfer tube 3 and the inner wall 9 of the filling tower. Since especially in the uppermost space where the heat transfer tube 3 swings most, packings of a small diameter and filled in order to eliminate gaps as much as possible, it is possible to prevent swinging effectively. |
