摘要 PURPOSE:To shift a circuit element having a diode characteristic into the inoperative state at a high speed without using a high power voltage by constituting a speedup circuit of a parallel circuit comprising a diode and a capacitive element. CONSTITUTION:The titled circuit is provided with a speedup circuit connected in series with a circuit element LED and a drive means driving the element LED. The speedup circuit is provided with a parallel circuit comprising a diode Ds and a capacitive element Cs. The circuit element is a light emitting diode LED, which is a Schottky barrier diode. Thus, even when the dynamic specific resistance is increased rapidly at the cutoff of the element LED, the dynamic specific resistor of the diode of the speedup circuit connected in series with the element LED is increased rapidlly in succession on the same condition. Thus, shifting the circuit element having the diode characteristic into the inopera tive state is quickend without using a high power voltage source.
