PURPOSE:To facilitate the mounting of a microphone independently of the size(thickness) of the microphone, by enabling a microphone holder to be moved, and the microphone to be held, by a movable shaft on which the reverse threads in the right and the left direction of a screw are formed. CONSTITUTION:Movable shafts 5 and 5' on which the threads of the screw in a reverse direction are formed at the both sides of a center part, are held at a microphone holding piece 4 by an E ring 11. At the time of mounting or removing a microphone 3, a knob 9 is turned first, and microphone holders 8 and 8' are moved in a direction to be separated. By keeping the above state, and coupling the base part of the microphone 3 to a microphone connector 2 through a space between the holders 8 and 8', and turning the knob 9 in the reverse direction, the microphone holders 8 and 8', approach with each other, then sandwich the microphone 3. Therefore, it is possible to move the microphone holders simultaneously in the same quantity in the reverse direction corresponding to the diameter of the microphone to be used.
