PURPOSE:To prevent an illegal reproduction of a program by constituting the titled mechanism to that a recording medium such as a floppy disk, etc. in which a program is written can be reproduced how many sheets it may be, by the first device that is used after its delivery, but that which is reproduced, or the original recording medium which is used once cannot be used by other device. CONSTITUTION:A data deciding logical part 6 reads the contents of a memory 2, which are indicated, and checks whether its data flag is on or off. In case the data flag is on, the data deciding logical part 6 reads a specific data generat ed by a specific data generating logical part 5, compares it with the contents of a specific address of a floppy disk, which are read previously, and reports this result to a microprocessor 1. The microprocessor 1 which has received this report starts loading or a copy processing of the program concerned which an operator has instructed in the beginning, in case the result is a coincidence, and outputs a message of 'FD unusable' and returns to an initial state, in case the result is a dissidence. |
