PURPOSE:To make respective laser beam outputs almost constant and equal by performing a feedback control after mounting an optical detector at a position where all of incident laser beams are incoming. CONSTITUTION:A photo-diode 22 for performing an optical detection is arranged at a place and in the vicinity of its place where respective beams of oblique- emitting array laser 21 intersect one another and obtains signals for controlling laser outputs after detecting respective laser beam outputs through a time division system as well as the whole outputs of all the laser beams. A feedback control that is carried out by mounting a piece of the photo-diode at a position where all of incident laser beams are incoming makes respective laser beam outputs almost constant and equal.
