PURPOSE:To prevent a timing to release a shutter from being lost, and to save a consumption power, by rotating a motor at a low rotating speed based on a signal from a sensing means which senses the placement of a finger tip on a shutter button. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means(sensing means) 12 consisting of a photocoupler assembled in a shutter button 10 emits light, and also, converts reflected light to an electrical signal, and decides that a finger is placed on the shutter button 10 when the value of the electrical signal exceeds a reference value, then outputs a sense signal S0. The shutter button 10 outputs the first detection signal S1 at the time of depressing by half. A system control circuit 14 rotates a motor circuit 16 at a low speed at the time of inputting the sense signal S0, and rotates the motor circuit 16 at a rated speed of 3600 rpm at the time of inputting the first detection signal S1, and also, performs a phase matching. In such a way, it is possible to heighten a fast photographing characteristics, and to save the consumption power.
