PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a conjecture value by registering a data for calculating a conjecture value, at every individual, in an electronic clinical thermometer for conjecturing a convergence temperature and displaying it. CONSTITUTION:When a registration mode is set by turning on a registration key 10a, a CPU 15 registers and stores a measured value data which is detected by a temperature detecting means 16, in a RAM 17. That is to say, a measuring state, and a fundamental data of each individual are registered in the RAM 17. Subsequently, when a temperature detecting mode is set by turning on a temperature detection key 10, and a registration number of a measured data of the person concerned among the measured data which are registered by said operation is inputted by a numeral key 11, the CPU 15 reads out the measured data concerned from the RAM 17, calculates a conjecture value of a convergence temperature by said data and a measured value detected by the temperature detecting means 16 this time, and displays its value on an indicator 8.
