发明名称 METHOD FOR ABSORBING THERMAL EXPANSION OF HIGH-TEMPERATURE AND HIGH-PRESSURE PIPING
摘要 PURPOSE:To assure the function of a refractory lining of a piping to high-temp. fluid by installing a pressure equalization type expansion pipe to the piping using the high-temp. pressure fluid and introducing the pressure fluid equal. to the pressure of the fluid in the piping to the pressure equalization chamber of the expansion pipe. CONSTITUTION:The pressure equalization type expansion pipe 19 is installed to a hot air pipe 4 which supplies hot air to a blast furnace 7. The expansion pipe 19 has rods 22 to transmit the reaction of the thermal expansion of the piping 11, the reaction of the expansion pipe and the reaction of the internal pressure via a bracket 23. The thermal expansion of the piping 11 is absorbed by the contraction of a bellows 24 and the expansion of a bellows 25. The pressure fluid is introduced in another route into the pressure equalization chamber 20 via a pressure charging pipe 21 from a blast pipe 2 to exert pressure equal to the pressure of the fluid in the piping 11 to the expansion pipe 19. The generation of a joint break in the refractory lining 12 of the piping 11 is thereby prevented and the damage of the piping 11 by the red heat, etc., thereof is suppressed.
