The device is noteworthy in that it comprises a support framework 3 comprising at least two wings 3a, 3b which are squared (at right angles) with respect to each other, the wing 3a constituting the rear and bearing and suspension face relative to a carrying wall, the wing 3b acting as a stop and clearance-limitation means for the brackets after positioning; the lower part of the framework is arranged with a horizontal base 3e securely attached to the said wings serving as bearing device and stopping device for the storage of the said brackets; means being arranged on the inner face of the wing 3a for permitting the introduction, the sliding, the holding and the storage of the brackets from their constituent base which is provided with hooking tabs and a median opening between the said tabs. <IMAGE>
