PURPOSE:To surely estabilish conversation intended by a caller by storing personal information with an incoming call at the absence and informing the name of the caller in voice to the user with the absent user returned and connecting the call to a terminal equipment of the caller automatically. CONSTITUTION:A private branch of exchange PBX consists of a channel 1, line circuits LC1-LC0, a manager terminal equipment 2, a line circuit 3, a control section 4 to control the entire operation of the PBX, a terminal control section 5 to control the connection or the like of the control section and the line circuit to the cahnnel 1, a storage device 6 to store various information, a voice reply device 7 to output a message to the talking personnel in voice, a trunk line circuit 8, a repeater 9, and an interface circuit 10. Each user name at least as to the users of a line network, a line number in operation, and personal information comprising caller information at the incoming call at absence are stored and when the absent user comes back and the caller information in the user personal information is stored effectively, the name of the caller is informed in voice to the user and the user is connected automatically to the terminal set of the caller.
