PURPOSE:To strengthen the coupling force of a needle valve and to stabilize the operating characteristic for a long term by coupling the needle valve to a movable core under the condition where the opposite ends at a projected portion of the needle valve are held strongly by the inner wall of the movable core. CONSTITUTION:A projecting portion, i.e. a base end 12, formed around a needle valve 1 is inserted into a movable core 2 and stopped thereto. An inflated portion 22 formed on the outer circumference of the movable core 2 is compressed while being shifted in the axial direction by means of a pulling zig B. Then a member of the movable core pushed out in the pulling direction is moved around the other end of the projecting portion 12 so as to secure the needle valve 1 to the movable core 2 with the opposite ends of the projecting portion being held by the inner wall of the movable core 2. Consequently, the coupling force of the needle valve in the operating direction is strengthened thereby the operating characteristic can be stabilized for a long term.
