PURPOSE:To utilize as an actuator for other machinery by outputting the pressure produced from an electromagnetic pump through a pressure receiving piston rod to the exterior. CONSTITUTION:When a driving current is fed to an electromagnetic coil, pressurized liquid is delivered through a delivery hole with a portion thereof being led to a pressure rise time adjuster 23 and the pressure in a high pressure side chamber 35 also rises. Consequently, the left face of a pressure receiving piston 32 is pressed and moved to the right while resisting against a main spring 42. When a valve 30 contacts against a snap ring 51, the valve seat section 52 of the pressure receiving piston 32 is separated from the valve 30 so as to communicate the high and low pressure side chambers 35, 36. Here, a piston rod 45 is also moved to lengthen the exposed length, thereby it can function as an actuator.
