PURPOSE:To automate the leading after fault restoration of a system together with the transmission of an initial data required for the operation start of the system by commanding the transmission of the initial data from a processing unit connected to a master station to the station restored with a fault. CONSTITUTION:If a remote station 41 (station number ST4) is stopped by power supply stations 32, 42 (station numbers ST3, ST5) form a loopback point 30 to bring the system into the loopback state. The state is recorded in a network constituting state table 10 in a star station 2. The power is restored to the remote station 41 (station number ST4), the loopback state is released by the network constitution function of a master station 2. A processing unit 51 connected to the master station 2 reads information 20 of network constitution state from the table 10 of the master station 2 to execute the processing of a program at rising after the fault of system is restored.
