PURPOSE:To attain transmission of data without adding a new transmission line to an information transmitting device nor using other transmission lines, by using a voltage change detecting means, a means to translate the voltage change into the information and a control means. CONSTITUTION:A low power supply voltage detecting part 201 is connected between power supply lines 120 and 121 and produces a stream of logic bits based on the change of the voltage flowing through the power supply line. Such a bit stream is sent to a serial/parallel converting part 202 and converted into the parallel data. Then a control logic part 205 transfers data to a memory array 204 via a data bus 110. The normal actuation of a RAM is carried out by supplying the address to be read or written onto an address bus 111. Then data are read out of the bus 110 or sent to the bus 110 via the array 204 based on the control signal of a control bus 112.
