PURPOSE:To improve the control accuracy, by connecting an end portion of a driving lever whose end portion effects an arcuate motion to a portion integral with an air flow adjusting ring whose portion effects a linear reciprocating motion by means of a leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:A shaft of an external lever 1 is connected to a driving lever 2 to carry out an arcuate motion. An end portion of the driving lever 2 effecting the arcuate motion is connected through a leaf spring 8 to a portion 4 integral with an adjusting ring 7 for adjusting an air flow whose portion 4 effects a linear reciprocating motion. With this arrangement, a mechanical looseness may be eliminated to thereby improve the control accuracy.
