PURPOSE:To obtain the titled resin composition of outstanding moldability, easy to impregnate in textile fibers, by incorporating an unsaturated polyester resin with specified proportion of magnesium oxide followed by water to regulate the water content in the composition within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition can be obtained by incorporating 100pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin with 0.4-0.7pt.wt. of magnesium oxide followed by externally incorporating water to regulate the water content in the whole composition so as to fall between 0.2wt% and 0.4wt% within the above range, when the magnesium oxide is relatively rich, the water content should be higher, in the opposite case, the water content should be reduced, thus effecting regulation so that appropriate hardness of the composition may be realized.
