Valve with a body consisting of two parts connected together in a sealed manner, each equipped with a pipe and between them delimiting a passage orifice which can be shut off by a stopper disc. The passage orifice 5 is machined in a fixed sliding disc 9 which is sealed with respect to the pipe 4 opposite the stopper disc 6 by an elastic ring 10. The adjustment shaft 7 carries a sealing sleeve 11 whose free end is fixed in a sealed manner to a sliding ring 12. <IMAGE>
