PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for voice receivers and picture diaplay devices the same in numbers as the number of districts by limiting the number of the voice receivers and the picture dispaly devices to one set for one terminal and one-three sets likewise, respectively, synthesizing all the voice signals received from all the districts, the outputting. the result from one receiver. CONSTITUTION:The voice reception signals 10 obtained from respective districts are synthesized to be a synthetic voice signal 19 by a voice synthesizer 18, and outputted to a receiver 9. In the mean time the voice recepion signals from respective districts are inputted to a voice detector 14, and the voice detector 14 outputs a picture display slection control signal 15 to control an image signal selector 16 where a selective display signal 17 to be inputted to the picture display device is selected. In such a way, the need for the increase in the number of the voice receivers and the picture display devices pertinent to the increaes in the number of the districts is eliminated, and the system can be obtained at less cost. Also, the display is automatically switched to the picture of a speaker. Therefore, a listener can concentrate himself on a speaker without any operation.
