PURPOSE:To prevent a miscontrol output beforehand by providing a multiplex action detection circuit which detects the presence or absence of the multiplex action of a control output and making it possible to prevent the multiplex output of a control command in a remote supervisory and controlling equipment. CONSTITUTION:In a multiplex action detection circuit 1 after the alternative action of a position by action signal 9 from a control output circuit 13 is detected, with a group Ry action signal 7 it is detected to coincide with a group signal 3 from a control signal output circuit 2 and an individual signal 5 and is stored, then a control output (Ry) nondefective action signal 10 is transmitted to the control output circuit 13. In the control output circuit 13 a nondefective action Ry 11 (OK) is operated by the control Ry nondefective action signal 10 from the multiplex action detection circuit 1 and when a position Ry contact is separated from the multiplex action detection circuit 1 by contacts OK-b and c, the control output is constituted by an OK-a to output a control command 12. Thus when a series of control output action is completed, the control signal from a master station is released.
