The invention relates to a method for obtaining a light tart consisting in spreading out over a previously made and rolled-out piece of bread dough, a suitably seasoned mixture consisting of fish roe, fromage blanc, fresh cream, eggs and flour, the whole thing then being placed in a hot oven. The invention also relates to a tart obtained by this method.
