<p>A roof tile (10) of rectangular and flat shape that can be interlockingly disposed with longitudinally and laterally adjacent tiles. The tile includes a frame member (22) mounted to the underside of a flat top member (11) and the frame member (22) being of smaller dimensions than the top member (11) and positioned towards the rear portion of the top member (11), it provides an interlocking cavity (68) towards the front section that houses the rear of a longitudinally contiguous tile. Lateral ribs (80) and grooves (85) cooperate to provide lateral interlock.</p> |
