PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of the backlash of a spindle against a bearing by bringing the spindle into contact with the bearing with a pre-load and keeping the moving direction of the spindle constant. CONSTITUTION:The outer diameter of an inserted spindle 13 is made slightly larger than the diameter of a virtual circle connecting ridge lines of stripe sections 21, and the spindle 13 elastically deforms the notch 23 portion of a bearing 20 outward from the inside in the radial direction. Therefore, the bearing 20 applies a pre-load to the spindle 13 at ridge line portions of the stripe sections 21 via the elastic force in response to the deformation of the notch 23 portion. In this case, the bearing 20 supports the spindle 13 slidably in the axial direction by pressure and keeps the moving direction of the spindle 13 constant. Accordingly, the moving direction of the spindle 13 can be kept constant, the backlash of the spindle 13 against the bearing 20 can be prevented from occurring, and the error generated in the measured value is made small.
