PURPOSE:To provide an electric mixing valve of which operation is convenient with a simple constitution by a method wherein an electric circuit for a hot water supplying machine and the electric mixing valve are commonly utilized and they are changed over with a switch so as to select one of them. CONSTITUTION:A mixing valve hot water amount display part 2 and a mixing valve hot water temperature display part 3 are lit by a mixing valve changing-over switch 1, an amount of hot water fed out from a mixing valve 11 can be set by a hot water display setting part 4 and a temperature of hot water fed out of the mixing plug 11 can be set. When a boiler changing-over switch 6 is depressed, an amount of remaining hot water in a boiler 12 is displayed by a hot water amount display setting part 4 and in turn a boiling temperature of a boiler 12 can be set by a hot water temperature display setting part 5. A hot water temperature setting circuit for the mixing plug 11 and a boiler temperature setting circuit for the boiler 12 are arranged on the same printed circuit board, thereby the boiling temperature setting circuit for the boiler 12 is locked in response to a hot water temperature signal of the mixing plug 11 and it is constituted in such a way that it may not be set lower than a hot water temperature of the mixing plug 11, and so a boiling temperature in the boiler 12 is lower than a hot water temperature in the mixing plug 11 and thus there is no chance that hot water having desired temperature can not be obtained from the mixing plug 11.
