<p>PURPOSE:To prevent fretting corrosion from being generated on a shaft by decreasing a gap between holder and a shaft and applying the trochoidal movement to the holder via the vibration of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A holder 15 guided by a shaft 16 is brought into contact with the shaft 16 at one point P. When the shaft 16 is vibrated, however, the point P is rotated and moved on the outer periphery of this shaft 16. According to this trochoidal movement, the holder 15 is slowly rotated around the shaft 16, and the collision between the shaft 16 and a needle-shaped roller 11 occurs at a continuously changing position, not at a constant position. Therefore, the holder is slowly rotated by the vibration of the shaft, the position of the needle- shaped roller is continuously changed, thus no fretting corrosion is generated on the shaft.</p> |
