PURPOSE:To reduce rotary resistance of an input when it is started, by generating a timing difference between a start of rotation, caused in an input side rotary body and its transmission upper side member, and a start of rotation, caused in the first and second intermediate transmission wheel bodies, and a start of rotation caused in a transmission wheel body and its transmission lower side member. CONSTITUTION:First only an input side rotary body 3 rotates in accordance with an input, and the input side rotary body rotates by a preset angle for a relative rotation, generated between the input side rotary body and the first intermediate transmission wheel body 11 due to the rotation only by said input side rotary body, and a cam mechanism 14, thereafter the input side rotary body, the first intermediate transmission body 11 and the second intermediate transmission body 12 respectively rotate automatically being placed in an interlocking condition. And for a relative rotation, generated between the second intermediate transmission wheel body and a transmission wheel body 15 due to the above said rotation, and a cam mechanism 19, the second intermediate transmission wheel body rotates by a preset angle, thereafter the second intermediate transmission wheel body, transmission wheel body and a speed change wheel body 17 respectively rotate automatically being placed in an interlocking condition. Accordingly, rotary resistance decreases when the input is started.
