PURPOSE:To make products projectable into a shot blasting cabinet with certainty, by lifting a bucket loader up to the specified position and tilting it in movements, while repeating this tilting operation several times for projecting these products into the cabinet, in case of shot blasting for polishing these casting products. CONSTITUTION:A receiving box 11 in which casting products are housed is mounted on a truck 12 and housed inside a bucket loader 9 so as to cause a projecting part 13 of the receiving box 11 to be engaged with a rail 10. Next, a rocking arm 17 is turned round with extension of a cylinder 14, moving the loader 9 and the receiving box 11 upward and making them into horizontality, and successively they are inclinatorily moved with extension of the cylinder 15 whereby these housed products are accurately projected onto an apron conveyor 7 in a way of repeating tilting movements several times by means of the cylinder 15. And, when operation by a shot blast 1 is over, the conveyor 7 is reversely rotated and thereby these products are discharged to a vibrating conveyor 27. On the other hand, the loader 9 is restored to its original position as soon as projection is over. Thus, the remnant of these products due to bridging is prevented from occurring and they are projectable with certainty in this way. |
