<p>In a toy automobile for toy roadways having an electric driving motor carried by the chassis of the automobile and supported by lateral guiding elements of the toy roadways by the turning of the front wheels during its driving, the chassis of the automobile is transversally divided into a front and back part (3, 2) in order to diminish the amount of the parts and to make safer the steering of the automobile. Both chassis parts (3, 2) are loosely linked by a pivotable and tiltable articulated pin (4). The back part (2) of the chassis carries the driving motor (6) and the front part (3) of the chassis carries a common axis (15) for the front wheels (16) which turns freely. Besides, the axis (15) engages the back part (2) of the chassis with a plate-like extension (14), frictionally engages a section (14') of the extension (14) with a driving pinion (13) rotatable in both directions until the one or the other turning position of the axis (15) is attained during the driving and is lifted up in this state of frictional engagement by the extension (14) and the driving pinion (13).</p> |
