PURPOSE:To discharge the high concentration slurry in a tank smoothly by giving the bottom section of the tank a slant of 30 deg., providing the deepest bottom with a slurry discharging pipe, and providing a screw rod rotatably in the slurry discharging pipe. CONSTITUTION:A slant of 30 deg. is given to the bottom section 1 of a tank X for storing, and a slurry discharging pipe 3 is connected to the position of the deepest bottom section 2 formed by this slant, and a screw rod 4 is arranged rotatably in the slurry discharging pipe 3. The high concentration slurry in the tank X of which concentration and viscosity are further raised because of the gradual sinking of solid particles while in being stored goes down to the deepest bottom section and can be transferred enforcedly by the rotating screw rod 4.
