CONSTITUTION:An operative condition detecting means comprises a potentiometer 102, differentiating circuit 108, setter 112, etc., and if an output rod 32 of the first shift cylinder 28 is detected to be in a high moving speed by the operative condition detecting means, a solenoid pressure control valve 100 controls an oil line 18 to a low pressure of oil. And if a synchromeshing device 90 in a transmission 26 is detected to be in a balk condition, in which its synchronizing ring 92 is pressed to a driven side gear 98, that is, in a condition that the output rod 32 almost stops its movement, the solenoid pressure control valve 100 increases the pressure of oil. In this way, the synchromeshing device, which can be suppressed from a shocking load being applied due to a rapid rise of working fluid pressure and inertia of a shift member or the like, improves durability.
