PURPOSE:To improve throughput and to suppress the number of reprinting pages after releasing jam at its minimum by constituting the pages of input data in which both-face data and single side data are mixed with a minimum queuing time and transferring the input data to a printer. CONSTITUTION:Respective destination bin commands and printing commands are added to data obtained through an ON/OFF line input device and the added input data are supplied to a buffer 21, analized in each page by a table 21a and then stored in a page buffer 22. A page buffer managing map 22a corresponding to the buffer 22 at the rate of 1 to 1 forms pages in accordance with the number of pages based upon the map 22b and aligns and stores respective pages in maps 23, 24 so that one-side pages are stored in the map 23 and both- face pages are stored in the map 24 at every odd page and even page. At the generation of jam, respective control data are restored retroactively to the jam generation page. Consequently, data stored in the buffer 22 are transferred to an image formation part synchronously with a recording paper stagnating means and a carrying system control means and respective recording sheets completing image formation are stacked on respective specified bins. |
