PURPOSE:To easily conduct distribution and connection without causing an internal call loss by independently selecting and outputting accumulation information at every output highway from one buffer matrix while input information is accumulated in the other buffer matrix. CONSTITUTION:While information on all time slots on input highways IHW 1-IHWn is inputted in the one buffer matrix 1A(1B) through an input gate circuit with the aid of a switching signal, information accumulated in the other bufer matrix 1B(1A) is applied to buffer matrix selection circuits 3-1-3-n through an output selector 4. The circuits 3-l-3-n are controlled by output control registers 21-2-n, selects pieces of information outputted in prarallel from the buffer matrix and outputs the information to output highways OHM 1-OHWn. Since information on the same input time slot can be read out plural times without causing an internal call loss, distribution and connection are facilitated.
