PURPOSE:To uniform the distribution of light quantity on a placing table and to easily store and carry the titled device at the time of non-use by optionally engaging/disengaging slide members fixed on supporting arms and guides fixed on the placing table to freely attach/detach an illuminating device. CONSTITUTION:An original on the placing table 2 is picked up by a camera 3 and illuminating devices 10 (10a, 10b) supported by the supporting arms 11 (11a, 11b) are freely attached/detached. The arms 11 are engaged with the recessed parts of the guide members 13 through the slide members 12 and the guide members are fixed on the back of the placing table. Locking claws (a) of the slide members 12 are engaged with hock holes 16 (16a, 16b) of the guide members 13 to lock the illuminating device on the placing table. Thereby, the setting board is irradiated by uniform light quantity distribution, and at the time of no-use, the illuminating device can be easily removed from the placing table by drawing the arms 11 strongly, so that the device can be easily carried and stored.
