PURPOSE:To easily use a specific trunk with priority by providing a trunk number control means and an acquisition means so as to reserve a part of a trunk group for a specific terminal equipment or a trunk line attendant board thereby restricting the outgoing of the trunk from other terminal equipments. CONSTITUTION:A general extension dials a called number and selects an idle trunk from an idle trunk list in use. When the selection of idle trunks is finished, call connection is applied and if all trunks are busy, whether a caller terminal equipment is a general terminal equipment or not is checked and when the general terminal equipment, a busy tone is connected as the reservation trunk call restriction. When the caller side terminal equipment is a specific terminal equipment and a trunk line attendant board, a reserved trunk is selected from a special idle trunk list and when the trunk is to be acquired, the call is connected and when all trunks are busy, a busy tone is given.
