<p>PURPOSE:To reduce utility at the time of low load, by well adjusting the relation between controllability allowing pH value of an absorbent and a desulfurization rate to approach set values and the consumption quantity of the absorbing liquid and the power consumption quantity of an absorbing tower recirculation pump. CONSTITUTION:In a state equation renewal device 80, the value of a coefficient matrix is calculated as a state equation coefficient signal 81 on the basis of the load demand signal 76 from a load demand detector 75 by linear interpolation to be converted to an optimum feedback gain matrix signal 83 which is, in turn, multiplied by a load change rate vector signal 78, a pH deviation vector signal 79 and a desulfurization rate deviation vector 84 to calculate an absorbing slurry flow correction signal 86 and a slurry recirculation flow correction signal 87. A slurry flow deviation signal 45 is added to the absorbing slurry flow correction signal 86 to control an absorbing slurry flow control valve 15 and the slurry recirculation flow correction signal 87 is added to a slurry recirculation deviation signal 68 to control an absorbing tower recirculation pump 8.</p> |
