PURPOSE:To obtain a simple circuit for measurement of temperature, by connecting a thermistor between the gate and source of a field effect transistor and using the area between the drain and source for a lead-out terminal. CONSTITUTION:Both the zero level and the full scale of an ammeter 8 are controlled by giving control to both a variable resistor and a variable resistance 7 for full-scale control connected to an FFT10 for zero level control. The even scales are provided to the ammeter 8 for both the minimum and maximum temperatures. As the temperature of thermistor 3 is proportional to the drain temperature of an FET, the temperature of the thermistor is indicated to the ammeter 8. In such way, the temperature can be measured through a simple circuit. |
