PURPOSE:To shorten a detecting time for an acceleration-correct quantity at a time of quick acceleration by having, in case of a throttle opening deviation for an acceleration-increased quantity being below a predetermined value, a constitution wherein the detecting detecting time is multiplied by n and the weighting of its correction factor is made to be 1/n. CONSTITUTION:At a time of the operation of an engine 1, synchronously with the output frequency of a Karman airflow sensor 8 detecting an intake air quantity, injectors 4, 5 are driven by a control device 11 and a control is made so that a predetermined air-fuel ratio prevails. Also, the accelerating state of the engine 1 is detected by the time-change of the output of a throttle position sensor 7 generating an output according to the opening of a throttle valve 6, and an acceleration-correction is made. And on the occasion of this acceleration-correction, the time-change of the throttle position sensor 7 is determined by a deviation amount at about a predetermined time, and also in case of this deviation amount being below a constant value, the predetermined time is multiplied by n and the weighting of a correction factor is made to be 1/n. By this, an acceleration-corrected quantity at a time of quick acceleration is made to be detectable in a short time.
