PURPOSE:To convert a two-channel input analog signal into a digital signal at a one-channel comparator by using a comparator having two-channel of input stage. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 5 is turned on, a switch 6 is turned off and a switch 9 is thrown to the position (a) (integrator 3) side, a transistor (TR) 39 is turned on and a TR 40 is turned off by inputting a high level to an input terminal 29 and a low level to an input terminal 30, and the 1st differential amplifier consisting TRs 35, 36 and resistors 41, 42 is turned on. Then an output signal of the integration device 3 inputted to the input terminal 27 via an ampli fier 15 and a comparison level given by a power supply 17 are compared and theoutput of the 1st differential amplifier is outputted from output terminals 62, 63 via the 3rd and 4th differential amplifiers. In turning off the switch 5, turning on the switch 6 and throwing the switch 9 to the position (b) (integration device 4) side, the level is compared as to the output of the integration device 4 by inputting a low level to the input terminal 29 and a high level to the terminal 30 so as to convert the two-channel signal into a digital signal alternate ly.
