PURPOSE:To obtain highly reliable, low-cost slits by holding a block which has plural slits and a mask which is bored closely to each other and varying the relative position between these two. CONSTITUTION:The block 1 which is made of plate type glass held rotatably is provided with four slits 3a-3d and four slits 5a-5d formed by applying vapor-deposition technique etc. Each group of slits are different in width, and, on the other hand, a fixed mask 2 has oppositely bored holes 4. Then, a couple of slits in the block 1 are exposed through the holes 4 of the mask 2. The block 1 can be rotated to expose another couple of slits through the holes 4 of the mask 2, and the slits exposed through the holes 4 are changeable in width.
