PURPOSE:To display an estimated value smoothly and to improve the reliability of the estimated value by interrupting estimation arithmetic temporarily and holding the estimated value just before the interruption if measured temperature drops in the middle of temperature examination. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 3 operates a temperature sensor 11 to store the successively sent temperature information in a memory 4 when a power switch 13 is turned on and also displays it on a display device 12. Further, the CPU 3 is equipped with a parameter deciding function and an estimated value arithmetic function. Further, the CPU 3 includes an estimated value arithmetic stopping function which stops the estimation arithmetic when the temperature rise state of a measured value detected by a temperature measuring function decreases below the specific value, and an estimation arithmetic restarting function which restarts the estimated value arithmetic function when the measured value recovers the peak value right before the stop and specified conditions are satisfied after the estimation arithmetic is stopped by the estimation arithmetic stopping function. |
