PURPOSE:To obtain an adhesive sheet which has high adhesive strength and is easily applicable to bonding of a complex surface, by impregnating a nonwoven glass fabric of a specified weight with a specified amount of resin. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive sheet obtained by impregnating a nonwoven glass fabric of a weight of 5-20g/m<2> with 20-400g/m<2> of resin and drying the impregnated fabric. If the weight of a nonwoven fabric is more than 20g/m<2>, the improvement in adhesive strength of the obtained adhesive sheet will be insufficient. The glass fibers of which a nonwoven glass fabric is made may have an ordinary diameter, e.g., 9 or 13mu, and preferably a slightly finer diameter. As the resin for impregnation, an epoxy resin is preferably used. If the amount of the resin to impregnate a nonwoven glass fabric is less than 20g/m<2>, no sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained; if more than 400g/m<2>, the drying time will be prolonged and the manufacture will become very difficult. This adhesive sheet is useful particularly for a sandwich panel used for a flying object in the aircraft and aerospace industries.
