The ribbon cable connector includes a shell which has a hollow zone receiving the end of a ribbon cable which is adjacent and perpendicular to a second hollow zone. The second zone receives the connector block. There is a second shell of similar plan which is intended to fit together with the first, with tabs on one shell engaging notches on the other. The connector block has a row of contacts projecting from the back, ending on a line at 45 degrees to the ribbon cable to make connection at a range of points. Each contact has a forked end to engage the appropriate conductor. |
