PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product having sense of eating close to that of genuine crab rod meat entirely different from that of boiled fish paste, by adding and blending a specific amount of kneaded flesh of drills with crab meat flakes, forming and heating the resultant bound crab meat. CONSTITUTION:1-20pts.wt. kneaded flesh of krills obtained by adding water to krill flesh, preferably at 100:50-80 weight ratio is added to 100pts.wt. crab meat flakes, blended and stirred to give bound crab meat, which is then formed and heated to afford the aimed product. |
