<p>PURPOSE:To produce titled laminated plates having smooth surfaces economically by plaiting a metallic foil supplied from one piece of metallic coil roll continuoulsy on a placing device for pressed plates, and putting the pressed plates in place between the metallic foils at every one period of the plaited foils. CONSTITUTION:A pressed plate 1 is moved from a conveyor 5 onto a conveyor 6, and while a belt 9 is driven, the entire part of the conveyor 6 is advanced. At the same time, with a take-off roller 13 of a plaiting device 12 and feed rollers 15, 16 kept rotated, a metallic foil 2 from a metallic foil roll 18 is spread on a top plate 11 of a placing device 10. next, the advance speed of the conveyor 6 is decelerated, and when a roll 8 arrives at the desired position in the upper part of the plate 11, it is stopped, after which the belt 9 is driven to place the carried plate 1 on the foil 2 on the plate 11. The device 12 is driven upon retreating of the conveyor 6 to spread the foil 2 freshly on the plate 1, and a round bar 30 is moved onto this foil 2, by which the foil 2 is wound on the plate 1. Thereafter, the plates 1 are placed while putting these in place between the plaited foils 2 in the same manner, whereby the intended metal foil clad laminated plates are made.</p> |
