摘要 An improved process is proposed for the continuous measurement of the concentrations of various molecular compounds in gaseous and liquid process streams, in which the optical beams from at least two radiation sources are measured before and after passing through the process medium by at least two detectors and their radiation intensities are determined. In one system operating according to this method, at least four optical beams are used for concentration determination and, besides the formation of ratios of four measured values, in particular the dark currents, i.e. the temperature-dependent signals arriving at the detectors when the radiation sources are blacked out, are included in the evaluation.
