发明名称 PERMANENT MAGNET ALLOY HAVING IMPROVED RESIDUAL MAGNETIZATION AND ITS BULK MAGNETIC SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a permanent magnet alloy showing isotropically superior magnetic properties and having improved residual magnetization, by applying quantum-mechanical exchange bonds among crystallites. CONSTITUTION:As a magnetic material, the magnetically isotropic one which has >1 coercivity coefficient Q, >15MGOe maximum magnetic energy product, and >9KG residual magnetization and is composed of a solid lump of crystallites and in which respective crystallites are in contact with adjacent crystallites via grain boundaries and are not oriented in the crystallologically same directions as those of crystallites adjacent via grain boundaries is used. Moreover, in the above material, respective crystallites have easy magnetization axes and the dimensions and geometries of crystallites and grain boundaries are regulated so that quantum-mechanical exchange bonds are produced across the grain boundaries among surface atoms of adjacent crystallites.
