PURPOSE:To attain the matching of an output bias potential of an amplifying means with an input threshold voltage of an inverter and to eliminate the unevenness of both of them by using the inverter in matching with an inverter of a C-MOS section to set the output bias potential of the amplifying means. CONSTITUTION:A threshold voltage VTH set by an inverter 8 is shifted by a base-emitter voltage of a transistor(TR) 60 and then added to a base of a TR 62, and a potential generated on the emitter of the TR 60 is shifted by a base- emitter voltage of the TR 62, then the threshold voltage VTH of the inverter 8 is outputted to the emitter of the TR 62 as a specific bias potential. The bias potential is added to an output point of collectors of TRs 40, 42 of an operational amplifier 2. Further, the TRs 60, 62 of a bias circuit 10 compensate the temperature change of the threshold voltage VTH of the inverter 8 to always keep the input point potential of an inverter 4 constant.
