PURPOSE:To identify the state of internal operation easily by mounting an LED for confirming normal operation onto an armor. CONSTITUTION:An armored hybrid integrated circuit has structure in which an LED 2 for making sure normal operation is arranged onto an armor under a visually confirmable state. The LED 2 is disposed to a hybrid integrated circuit, the whole of which is coated with a synthetic resin 1 and which has structure in which the circuit is led out by external lead terminals 3, under a visualiy confirmable state. These LEDs 2 select a desired part loaded on a substrate 4 in the state of operation, which cannot recognized, through the external lead terminals 3 regarding operation by parts loaded on the substrate 4 and can confirm normal operation at a glance by flickering thereof. |
