PURPOSE:To detect the variation, etc. of the rotational speed of a motor quickly by predicting and computing the rotational speed of the motor at the moment of the next measurement-period start from the calculated value of a first measurement period and the calculated value of a continuous second measurement period. CONSTITUTION:A timer 9 set at a sampling period interrupts a CPU 31. A pulse train from an encoder 3 is taken in to a counter 7 through AND gates 5, 6 by an output signal from the timer. The calculated value Vn of rotational speed taken into the counter 7 and the last sampling value Valphan are processed by the CPU 31, and a predictor Valpha(n+1) as the next sampling measured value is arithmetically operated. The predictor is outputted as a speed feedback signal. Accordingly, the rotational speed of a motor can be detected with high precision. |
