PURPOSE:To enable changing a stepping motor from an intermittent drive to a continuous drive and vice versa for driving said motor by providing a change- over means for changing a drive signal and inputting it to a drive means. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 40 is equipped with ROM 43 storing intermittent drive data for intermittently driving a stepping motor and being fitted with a clock terminal CL and an enable terminal CE, ROM 44 storing continuous drive data for continuously driving the stepping motor and being fitted with the clock terminal CL and the enable terminal CE, CPU 42 and a change-over switch 45. Thus, said stepping motor can be driven intermittently or continuously by selection of the change-over switch 45. |
