PURPOSE:To facilitate the selection control of a TTL(Transistor Transistor Logic) level and an ECL(Emitter Coupled Logic) level by providing a means applying selection control from which of the1st and the 2nd TRs an output signal of a semiconductor logic circuit is to be outputted through the information of a program element. CONSTITUTION:When a fuse 19 is not blown, a control signal 102 goes to a low level, a TR 4 is nonconductive, since a control signal 103 is at a high level, a TR 5 is operated and an internal signal outputted from the emitter of a TR 3 is outputted from the collector of the TR 5 via a terminal 55. When the fuse 19 is blown, the control signal 102 goes to a high level and since the TR 4 is operated, the internal signal inputted to the base of the TR 4 via a differential amplifier is outputted from the emitter via the terminal 55. That is, either signal of a TTL level or an ECL level is selected easily. |
